Character Generation Rules
69 points to increases stats, all stats start at 6. Apply racial modifications afterwards
7 - 10 : 1 point each
11 - 12 : 2 points each
13 - 14 : 3 points each
15 - 16 : 4 points each
17 - 18 : 5 points each
- All 1st levels begin game with maximum hit points
- Afterwards must roll to figure out new hit points
- Each character starts out with 75% of their max class gold
- Additional gold can be obtained by using points from the total
- 1 point = 350 gold pieces
- Half-Elves are prohibited
- No evil characters
- IMPORTANT: make back up characters

Here are some decent combinations using the character generation rules. In the following stats there are no minuses to any one score and before racial modifiers. Also, there are no leftover points from the original 69. The title of each were the types of characters I was thinking of when I did the math. You can, of course, swap scores between different abilities, but I just give examples.
Maximizing one stat (Wizard)
Str - 10
Dex - 14
Con - 10
Wis - 13
Int - 18
Chr - 10
Good all around (Cleric or Paladin)
Str - 14
Dex - 10
Con - 14
Wis - 17
Int - 10
Chr - 14
Maximized saves and skill points
